TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BY PURCHASING AN ANCHOR POINT HOLSTERS PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER FULFILLMENT & LEAD TIMES

Orders will be fulfilled as placed, with the attributes selected and paid for by the customer. Some items offer upgradeable features that require up-charges (Kydex color/pattern, mounting options, etc.) These up-charges often create separate line items in the cart, which MUST be included during checkout. Any up-charge line items not included at checkout will be assumed as intentionally removed, and will not be applied to the fulfilled item.

Anchor Point Holsters can only produce holsters in the configurations listed on the drop-down menus for each individual product. Orders with special accommodations included in the [customer notes] section that go outside of the available options in the drop down menus, without explicit prior approval, will be immediately cancelled and the purchaser will be refunded, with a 10% fee taken out to acommodate for card processing fees. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Due to the custom nature of our products as well as fluctuations in industry demand, all items are only put into production AFTER the customer places the order. Time to shipment from the time an order is placed is contingent upon the current volume of existing orders.

Anchor Point Holsters does not expressly guarantee lead times; however, we do try our best to ship orders within 3-5 weeks (EXCLUDING LOCAL DROP-OFFS ORDERS AND THE GIDEON CHEST RIG). Once an order is placed, the only communication customers will receive is an order confirmation, and a shipping confirmation, unless special circumstances show up during the process.

Orders placed are only eligible for refund within 24 hours of placement. Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE after 24 hours. Orders that are cancelled within the 24 hour grace period are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover the cost of card processing fees.

By saying "yes" on your order form, you are agreeing to the above-mentioned fulfillment statement. NO exceptions.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, and taxes arising from any digital product purchase. By submitting your credit card information at checkout, You agree to allow Anchor Point Holsters to use the submitted credit card as the payment method for your purchase.

YOU, THE CUSTOMER, AGREE NOT TO FILE ANY DISPUTE WITH A BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO AVOID PAYMENTS OR VIOLATE ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO CHARGEBACK, REVERSE OR RECOLLECT A PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED PAYMENT, ANCHOR POINT HOLSTERS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COLLECT ALL ADDITIONAL COSTS, FEES AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH DISPUTING A CHARGEBACK, REVERSAL OR RECOLLECTION CLAIM, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COURT COSTS AND ATTORNEY FEES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE ANY NECESSARY LEGAL ACTION FOR FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS.

Shipping Policy (Domestic)

Shipping is charged for all domestic and international orders. Anchor Point Holsters offers USPS Ground shipping for all regular domestic shipments. This shipping takes place after the production lead-time. Orders qualifying for free shipping, $150 or more in the subtotal, will typically be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We do not control shipping rates, and as such, they are subject to change without notice. The buyer assumes sole responsibility for ensuring that the products they order are legal, and in accordance with their state/local laws.

Anchor Point Holsters will do everything within our control to ensure prompt delivery, but we will not be held responsible for postal or delivery services outside of our control. If you have any questions about this, please contact us before placing your order. Shipping rates shown via the online ordering system are not controlled by Anchor Point Holsters and are subject to change depending on the service (i.e. Ground Advantage, Priority Mail)

If we have any questions regarding an online order, the customer will be notified via email. If there is no response, we will hold the order for 2 weeks; after which, we reserve the right to cancel the order without any further notice.

Once orders ship, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information to the email you provided at checkout. Note: Occasionally these notifications are flagged as spam/junk by your email provider since they are sent from an automated fulfillment service. If you are expecting a shipment from us, please check your spam/junk folders before contacting us.

We do not send update emails throughout the build process. Your Order will be marked as 'processing', then as 'shipped', no in between.

Shipping Policy (International)

International orders are shipped via USPS International. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, customs, duties, taxes, or other fees in their host country. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the products they order are legal in their host country. Anchor Point Holsters is not responsible for any items confiscated by your government, customs, or other government agencies. Anchor Point Holsters reserves the right to make changes in shipping method if we feel that it will better benefit the customer. As with all orders, the customer will be notified by email of the shipping status and tracking number for their order.

Missing/Stolen Packages

If your order’s shipping tracker shows the order was delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact Anchor Point Holster’s customer service via email. We will supply you with a Proof of Delivery form which can then be used (by the customer) to initiate a claim through the currier. Anchor Point Holsters is not responsible for initiating this claim and it is the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Our holsters are custom made to your exact specifications and are not returnable. Please be absolutely certain that your custom selections are correct before placing your order. Orders may be canceled or edited if we receive your request in writing, via email, within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your name, phone number, and order # in your request along with reason for changes or cancellation. Requests should be emailed to: anchorpointholsters@gmail.com

We will not accept cancellations or changes for orders after the 24 hour grace period. 

Anchor Point Holsters reserves the right to review the returned items (i.e., via pictures) before beginning the return process of such items. In the event that the order was fulfilled as placed, the customer is responsible for shipping the items back to Anchor Point Holsters. Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. Gear that has been used, manipulated, is dirty or missing parts will NOT be accepted for returns or exchange and will be returned to the customer promptly, only if the customer pays for return shipping.

If Anchor Point Holsters made a processing error during the fulfillment of your order or there is a manufacturing defect, we will work diligently with you to correct the problem in a timely manner. NOTE: Processing errors include but are not limited to: receiving the wrong model or color, etc.  

To initiate the return, the customer must:

  1. Contact Anchor Point Holsters Customer Service via email within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Customer Service will reply to the customer (in a timely manner) via email for more information/direction
  3. Customer Service will troubleshoot if possible, and will provide the customer with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and return shipping instructions via email if necessary.

Customers who fail to initiate a return request within the 30 day grace period forfeit eligibility for returns. No exceptions.

Anchor Point Holsters reserves the right to refuse items returned without prior communication or authorization. Anchor Point Holsters will NOT refund purchases made through unauthorized dealers and reserves the right to deny support on items purchased through unauthorized dealers (i.e., Reddit, Facebook Marketplace, Ebay, Amazon, etc.).

**Garage Sale products are not included in our return policy and will not be accepted. We also do not accept returns of individual components and hardware (belt clips, washers, screws, etc.)
