WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Manufacturer's Warranty
All Anchor Point Holsters products are secured with a limited-lifetime guarantee. If your product fails you under regular usage, we will repair or replace that item free of charge. In order to be eligible to receive a warranty fulfillment, a copy of the order invoice must be presented.
Hardware (screws, rivets, washers, etc) is not covered under warranty. It is recommended that you apply blue Loctite to your hardware once you have it set up to your individual preference. In the event that you lose a component, individual hardware kits specific to the holster model that was purchased are available on our 'Hardware and Tooling' page.
Kydex is a thermoplastic, meaning that under high temperatures it WILL deform. Therefore we ask that you use common sense when storing your products. If you leave your holster in a hot car, on an oven, or any other high temperature area and it melts, that is not covered under warranty.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Our holsters are custom made to your exact specifications and are not returnable. Please be absolutely certain that your custom selections are correct before placing your order. Orders may be canceled or edited if we receive your request in writing, via email, within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your name, phone number, and order # in your request along with reason for changes or cancellation. Requests should be emailed to: anchorpointholsters@gmail.com
We will not accept cancellations or changes for orders after the 24 hour grace period.
Anchor Point Holsters reserves the right to review the returned items (i.e., via pictures) before beginning the return process of such items. In the event that the order was fulfilled as placed, the customer is responsible for shipping the items back to Anchor Point Holsters. Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. Gear that has been used, manipulated, is dirty or missing parts will NOT be accepted for returns or exchange and will be returned to the customer promptly, only if the customer pays for return shipping.
If Anchor Point Holsters made a processing error during the fulfillment of your order or there is a manufacturing defect, we will work diligently with you to correct the problem in a timely manner. NOTE: Processing errors include but are not limited to: receiving the wrong model or color, etc.
To initiate the return, the customer must:
- Contact Anchor Point Holsters Customer Service via email within 30 days of delivery.
- Customer Service will reply to the customer (in a timely manner) via email for more information/direction
- Customer Service will troubleshoot if possible, and will provide the customer with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and return shipping instructions via email if necessary.
Customers who fail to initiate a return request within the 30 day grace period forfeit eligibility for returns. No exceptions.
Anchor Point Holsters reserves the right to refuse items returned without prior communication or authorization. Anchor Point Holsters will NOT refund purchases made through unauthorized dealers and reserves the right to deny support on items purchased through unauthorized dealers (i.e., Reddit, Facebook Marketplace, Ebay, Amazon, etc.).
**Garage Sale products are not included in our return policy and will not be accepted. We also do not accept returns of individual components and hardware (belt clips, washers, screws, etc.)
